We offer evening and Sunday service if necessary for emergencies and for tenants who work full time and cannot provide access during normal business hours.
2) CLOSED CIRCUIT TV SURVEILLANCE – From one camera to hundreds of cameras we can custom design a system for your properties. In addition you can view the cameras live on the internet from anywhere in the world.
3) ELECTRICAL – Troubleshooting & Repairs; Major Adequate Upgrades; Code Violations Repaired; Outdoor Security Lighting; Roof Fans etc.
4) ACCESS CONTROL – We service and install any system on the market. We can connect these systems to your management office to allow for remote editing/deleting. We do all the initial programming for a new installation at no charge so there’s no hassle to you to program hundreds of names at startup!
5) MAILBOXES – We service and install United States Postal Approved 4B+ and 4C style mailboxes. We arrange all inspections with the USPS at no additional charge.
6) LOCAL ALARMS – We service and install local roof motion sensor alarms and push bar DETEX alarms for roof doors. This allows the roof door to remain unlocked as per NYC egress regulations but leave the area secured from vandals and vagrants.
